This is an excellent synthesis of what it means to be a coach. I would suggest that many, if not all, of these principles apply well beyond the athletics track, and sports coaching, into schools and all types of learning spaces. Thanks for putting this together, Steve - many of these were on my mind this morning as I was contemplating what I need to bring to my new school community in the new academic year (starting tomorrow).
