I wish I could express properly what an inspiration you are to me. Your words resonate so strongly with my approach and outlook, that I take your insight and turn it toward my own goals. I keep seeing your posts, mostly on instagram and finding myself more and more drawn to a similar path. I want to help others find their inner voice and strength, by communicating clearly with actionable messaging and information. Nice job and thanks for sharing.

Coaches can make or break team. That goes for Gregg Popovich, that goes for Coach K, Steve Kerr, Tara VanDerveer, Dawn Staley, Kara Lawson, Geno Auriemma, Patrick Sang and other thousands of coaches in any walk of life.

Sticking to fundamentals, being authentic and flexible, putting in consistent work for years on end yields good results.

If he can continue to win he’ll go down as one of the best of all time. He’s so authentic and his players love him for it

Excellent read! This has me thinking about poor leadership traits. Look at the former coaches and player operations for Baker Mayfield, Tua Tagovailoa, and Trevor Lawrence—they all show a pattern of blaming individuals for systemic failures and failing to provide organizational stability. These organizations are not only poorly run, they are dangerous to play under; look at the "Tua Rule"

It would be neat to see how he addresses his players and his demeanor out of the public eye after their win. My though is that it was a festive and "loose" type atmosphere where the entire team was able to release some of the restraints that they needed to have in order to play disciplined football and not suffer a slump in terms of their performance. And for the record I don't mean it was an alcohol filled party because it doesn't have to be that but maybe as simple as a really deep breath and sigh afrer it's all said and done.
