Thanks Steve! Is there any good data on 5k race times and longevity? I’m still getting faster (so I know fitness is improving) but at some point age will slow/reverse that. Although I don’t think that will/should cause me to change my training strategy, having a good for age measure (like we can get with vO2max) might stop me feeling too miserable
