Very male analogies, perhaps aimed at a male audience. Women who are juggling work, family and caring responsibilities are already doing their ‘60 quarters.’

How about ‘peak experience’ being extended to lend a hand at home, including being a father to children, rather than outsourcing their development to sports coaches?
